Information you provide.
The quote form collects your name, email, phone number, pickup and delivery cities or ZIP codes, vehicle description, quantity, condition, preferred timing and any notes you choose to provide. It also records your consent to be contacted about the request and the request’s source. Do not include payment-card numbers, identity documents or other sensitive information in the form.
When you choose Continue before submitting, the site may save the selected pickup and delivery city or ZIP, transport preference, vehicle category, quantity, condition and limited pricing choices for seven days so the same browser can resume. This checkpoint does not include your name, email, phone, exact vehicle description, VIN or notes. A random access key stays in that browser; only its one-way hash is stored with the checkpoint. The private team workspace can see anonymous checkpoints but cannot use them to contact a visitor. A checkpoint may be linked to the request only after you explicitly submit it.
The call back form collects your first name, last name and phone number, plus your consent and the page where you submitted the request. Your details are saved in the private team inbox and included in an email notification to Driveline so the team can return your call.
How the information is used.
Submitted details are used to calculate and record a preliminary estimate, email your request confirmation, respond to the request, assess transport requirements, coordinate follow-up and maintain relevant business records. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. This site does not collect a card payment.
First-party activity counts.
From October 8, 2026, the site records daily aggregate counts for browser-tab sessions, page views by broad page group, quote starts, preliminary prices shown, submitted requests and bookings. Calendar days use America/New_York time; collection timestamps use UTC. A random session key is kept only in the browser tab’s session storage. The server stores temporary one-way hashes to avoid counting the same quote step repeatedly, then keeps aggregate totals rather than an individual browsing history.
Analytics do not store names, contact details, raw network addresses, fingerprint identifiers, full referring URLs, query strings or exact page-by-page trails. Referrers are reduced in the browser to broad groups such as direct, search, social or other referral. These counts do not identify unique people, connect activity across devices or reconstruct traffic before collection began. JavaScript blockers, network failures and automated browsers may affect the totals. No third-party advertising or behavioral analytics tags are installed.
Storage and access.
Requests are stored using the hosted infrastructure that operates this website. The team’s request list and aggregate activity report require authorized access. Service providers that support hosting and transactional email delivery, including Resend, may process the information needed for those purposes. Information needed to coordinate an agreed shipment may be shared with the relevant transport participants.
Technical information.
The application records request identifiers to reduce duplicate submissions and uses temporary, one-way-hashed network keys to limit abuse; it does not store raw network addresses in those rate-limit records or use browser fingerprinting. Hosting infrastructure may maintain technical logs for operation and security. Authentication on protected team pages may involve platform-managed cookies.
Retention and requests.
Anonymous quote checkpoints expire seven days after creation. Temporary analytics deduplication hashes expire automatically; daily aggregate counts contain no contact information and may be retained for business reporting. Submitted information is retained as needed to respond to inquiries, administer business records and meet applicable obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted. We may need to verify the request and retain records where there is a legitimate or required reason to do so.
