Tell us what the model name does not.
Share modifications, approximate value, ground clearance, sensitive finishes and special operating instructions. A familiar model can still need an unfamiliar loading approach when its ride height or bodywork has changed.
Choose the equipment deliberately.
Discuss enclosed shelter, trailer layout, loading angle and whether liftgate or extended ramp equipment is needed. Confirm the actual arrangement instead of relying on a generic equipment label.
Keep a clear condition record.
Photograph the vehicle in useful light and document existing marks. Include wheels, low bodywork and other areas that may not show clearly in a wide photo. Keep the pickup and delivery records together.
