01 / Open transport
For running vehicles on an open carrier. One rate applies to all estimated miles in the trip, per vehicle.

02 / Enclosed transport

Non-running / INOP
The non-running rate replaces the open or enclosed running-vehicle rate: $10/mile for trips up to 300 miles, or $3/mile over 300 miles, per vehicle.
Tell us if the car rolls, steers and brakes. Locked wheels, damage, leaks or special recovery needs require equipment review before acceptance.

Preliminary total = estimated miles × the applicable rate × number of comparable vehicles. For example, a 750-mile open move is 750 × $2.00 = $1,500 for one running vehicle. A 750-mile enclosed move for a $150,000 car is 750 × $2.50 = $1,875.
These examples explain the tariff, not a particular available shipment. Distance-band rates apply to the entire trip; crossing a band changes the rate for every mile.
