Plan your transport ↗
Release-to-receiving control
Keep the vehicle state, responsible person and next action visible from the releasing store to the final recipient.
Releasing location
Match the unit reference to the vehicle, locate the keys and confirm that payment, authorization and lot access are complete.
Releasing team
Verify actual running condition, completed preparation, dimensions or modifications, and the earliest date the unit can be collected.
Transport handoff
Use the agreed pickup contact and access plan, then keep the unit-level condition record with the shipment reference.
Receiving team
Confirm receiving hours and authority, compare the delivery condition record and record any exception before closing the unit.
Minimum project roster
Start the quote with a compact vehicle list. Keep sensitive release documents out of the public form and provide them later through the agreed channel.
Share the unit reference, release contact, key location, operating hours and required documents. When a vehicle is waiting on payment or preparation, a clear ready date helps prevent an avoidable pickup attempt.
Your customer sees the final handover as part of the purchase. Agree on the receiving contact, access, condition record and timing expectations. Flag anything that needs extra care before the vehicle leaves your store.
For recurring moves, group units by origin, destination and release window. A consistent request format makes it easier to compare arrangements, track handovers and keep the next shipment from starting from scratch.
