Describe what makes the vehicle different.
Lowered suspension, body kits, wide wheels, a long splitter or oversized accessories can change the loading plan. Give actual dimensions where possible and explain whether the suspension can change height. A photograph helps, but it does not replace a measurement.
Confirm equipment compatibility.
A vehicle may require a specific loading approach, more clearance or additional space. The request is reviewed against the actual equipment available. We do not promise that every vehicle can be loaded on every trailer.
Write down the handling instructions.
Explain how to start or move the vehicle, any battery or alarm procedures and whether a responsible person must be present. Special handling instructions should be agreed before dispatch, with a contact who can answer questions at pickup.
