Prepare the full pickup packet.
The carrier needs more than a listing link. Provide the auction location, lot or stock reference, release authorization and pickup contact. Share appointment requirements and any relevant storage deadline.
Describe what the vehicle can do.
A running engine does not settle the loading question. Explain whether the car rolls, steers and brakes, whether keys are available and whether damage affects safe handling. Photos can help reveal what the listing omits.
Make the destination ready.
A repair shop, dealership or storage facility may have specific receiving hours and unloading requirements. Confirm that the recipient can accept the vehicle in its present condition and has room for the planned handover.
