Make the release handoff clear.
Provide the stock or VIN reference, selling location, release contact, keys and any required authorization. Confirm that payment and internal release steps are complete before dispatch is finalized. A ready car and a ready pickup location are separate requirements.
Coordinate the receiving side.
The destination may be a dealership, preparation center or customer home. Share receiving hours, after-hours restrictions and the name of the person authorized to accept the vehicle. For retail deliveries, agree on the meeting arrangements with the customer.
Build repeatable moves.
For recurring volume, start with lanes, vehicle mix, typical weekly quantity and release patterns. We can discuss the coordination needed across locations. Availability and any business terms are confirmed directly; submitting a request does not establish a standing capacity commitment.
